Thank you for supporting my artwork! I take great care to ensure that each print is of the highest quality. However, please review the following information regarding returns and refunds.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of art prints, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality related issues.
2. Damaged or Defective Prints
If your order arrives damaged or defective, I will be happy to replace it. Please follow these steps to initiate a replacement:
- Contact Me within 7 days of receiving your order at [Your Email Address].
- Provide Photos of the damaged packaging and print for assessment.
- Return Shipping: I will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and send a replacement free of charge.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only available in cases where a replacement cannot be offered due to print availability. Once approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
